We offer personal training to REAL people like you from all over our community each and every day. It’s the quickest way to see measurable results in your body and in your health in the least amount of time and is the ultimate form of accountability for people who need that extra push to show up and stay consistent.

Every session with our personal trainers is by appointment and scheduled on a recurring basis in order to create the foundation for your success from day one.  Each visit includes a full-body workout, emotional support, education, accountability, motivation, and expertly crafted fitness instruction by nationally-certified coaches.  So, you won’t have to think about planning your workout – just show up and have fun!

If you commit to a monthly package of at least one session per week with the convenience of autopay, you’ll receive a free open gym membership each month that your package is active.  Why pay twice?

How it Works

Step 1: Schedule Fitness Assessment
We'll meet with you and review your goals, then take measurements, determine lean mass, and evaluate posture, flexibility, and strength. We'll present you with our ideas for a custom-designed workout plan to meet your goals.
Step 2: Your First Session
Your first session with your trainer will be a full-body workout where he or she will get to know you better while continuing to assess your current strength, cardiovascular endurance, and preferences.
Step 3: Weekly Sessions
Subsequent sessions are uniquely tailored to your needs and progress or regress according to your development. You should arrive a few minutes before to warm-up. The trainer will lead you through a cool-down at the end of the workout. If you're on a monthly plan with autopay, you can use the open gym by yourself whenever we're staffed.
Step 4: We Monitor Progress
If report cards gave you panic in school, our progress report won't! Depending on the length of your program, your trainer will measure your progress periodically by re-taking measurements, checking lean body mass, and other data points so that you can visualize how much you have achieved and accomplished.
Step 5: Goal Met
Congrats! You've reached your goal. Or maybe you were very close. Perhaps you didn't meet your goal because life happens. Whatever the case, we'll be celebrating what you have achieved, no matter how small. We'll formulate a new goal together and if you're interested, we'll keep going.

Get Fit with your Friends, Family, Coworkers, or Team!

Sometimes group fitness classes aren’t enough.  Sometimes you want more, but aren’t ready to make the jump to a personal trainer for one-to-one sessions. 

Unlike a bootcamp, our small group training sessions are the perfect way to experience a custom-designed workout tailored to your unique needs. If you’re someone that’s looking for personal training at a low cost, enjoys working in a group, and needs accountability, this group is for you!

We hold a variety of SGT sessions weekly that are available for drop-in.  If you have at least 3 friends, we can hold a custom session on our schedule for your group.

Each member that commits to a monthly package with the convenience of autopay will receive a complimentary open gym membership on us.  You shouldn’t have to pay twice..

Typical Sessions:

High Intensity Interval Training (traditional cardio-based circuits using functional equipment or TRX suspension straps)

Peripheral Heart Action Training (alternating lower and upper body exercises to force the heart to work more efficiently)

Metabolic Conditioning (re-training your body to burn fat for fuel – yes, it’s possible, based on the science of how your body supplies energy to your muscles)

Lift & Stretch (resistance training plus warm up, cool down, and stretching instruction)

Meet Our Team

Our team of expert fitness trainers & coaches are ready to help you make a transformation in the way you move, look, and feel.  Each of our trainers holds one or more nationally-accredited certifications and are masters at their craft.  While they work with all clients, each has a unique area they “geek out” on that is their passion. Kipp always has bands in his wagon, Jason is always hanging from a TRX strap, and you’ll have to ask CJ what qualifies a client to earn the giant parachute during a workout (we’re serious).

New here from NYC as part of a military move, she's used to working with a diverse crowd and bringing people together. Whether you’re a fast paced individual or more laid back, she'll help you reach any fitness goals you have.

You've probably seen Jason behind the desk here at Omni, working on a project for us or maybe out on the floor spotting a member or helping a new member do their existing workout with our equipment.  He specializes in helping those who are new-to-fitness build muscle and lose body fat and loves to use the TRX® suspension trainer system.  You'll often find him our studio hanging from the yellow straps perfecting a great workout.

Charles (CJ)

NASM Certified Trainer

CJ is a dynamic coach, trainer, father, and community member.  He and his family are well known for their work in our community.  Recently he was featured in Beaufort Lifestyle magazine to spotlight his work as a behavior interventionist, basketball coach, and small business owner.  He has successfully trained all types of people with different goals, including weight loss, body recomposition, injury prevention and recovery, and general fitness.  However, he truly shines when working with kids.  He works 1:1 with them on general fitness as well as individual and group strength and conditioning for student-athletes where he builds in encouragement, motivation, and mentorship along with a productive workout.
