Sports Conditioning Summer Camp
Coaches CJ and Stephon will serve kids (8-12), teen athletes (13-17) and beginning student-athletes in this week-long camp for one hour each day. Participants will work on a combination of drills, footwork, speed & agility, and strength. Some sessions will be on the “303 Field” behind Moes and other sessions will be in the open gym for weightlifting introduction. Your athlete will:
- have fun
- get ready for upcoming sports
- improve strength, speed & agility
- improve flexibility
- reduce risk of injury
- improve balance & coordination
- enhance explosive movements
- build confidence
- and most importantly, gain that competitive edge!
We will split the group to differentiate based on age and ability. Athletes will receive appropriate conditioning while younger kids and beginning athletes will be trained at an introductory level. If your child needs something different, let us know and we’ll see if we can work it in.
Week 1: July 12-16 at 9:30 or 11:00
Week 2: July 19-23 at 9:30 or 11:00
It’s just $150 for one week, or $250 for both weeks (you save $50)
