IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU
Our coaching sessions are tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and unique needs. At our initial strategy session we will dive in and take a deep look at your goals, unpacking them, and determining what actions we will take together. Then, each week, we’ll have a check in of up to 30 mins (virtual, in person, or phone) to review, celebrate, learn more, and look ahead. There are no generic apps or mass-produced junk, just you, your coach, and science, because YOU are a unique individual that deserves more.

LET'S KEEP IT SIMPLE
Like we said, diets don’t work. You often don’t know exactly what to eat or do, lack a support system, and often crash your metabolism by reducing your food intake too quickly. Then, you actually gain weight by overeating. Sound familiar? We’ll help you determine how much to eat for your body type and goals, based on the foods you like. You’ll work on changing habits that will help you stay on track such as understanding what “full” means to your body or developing a set of “go to” meals when time is short.

You’ll have one person trained to be your #1 supporter because becoming a healthier person takes a lot of hard work and persistence. Sometimes, just showing up with an open mind is the best you can do. We can work through anything that comes up, even if you’re traveling or short on time.
