June 21, 2021 – August 11, 2021 (8 weeks)
$175 for 4 weeks/8 sessions
$350 for all 16 sessions (pay half up front and half later)This is a metabolic conditioning circuit workout designed to keep your heart rate up and help you burn fat long after the workout is over. You’ll use free weights, your own body weight, kettlebells, and other functional equipment. Show up, warm up, and get ready to burn some serious calories. Spaces are limited due to the nature of SGPT.
HOW’D THEY LIKE IT?
I know I’m out of shape after being off the field for more than a few years. I expected the typical workout that’s taught to the middle of the group because I rarely break a hard sweat when I’ve done this at other gyms. CJ kicked my butt and differentiated it for everyone else too. He’s an amazing trainer. He gets how to do this style of training. Best workout I’ve had in a long time!

I did 6 workouts with the group and a few more each week on my own at home. I lost a couple of inches, had more energy, and really liked meeting the other new faces in the group. I appreciated how CJ eased me into the workout so that I could get used to the intensity level.
